Once construction starts, we establish clear lines of leadership and accountability – from site and construction managers through to individual supervisors. We also appoint dedicated QHSE experts to monitor our performance at all times and use KPIs, routine reviews and audits to further benchmark our QHSE performance at all of our construction sites.
